About

I live in the SF Bay area now but was born and raised in Chicago I have always been a picker; who started by bringing things home from trips down the alleyways of my neighborhood. I knocked on their door and asked old George if they had anything to sell and was given a big YES and invited in. I ended up buying the very brass bed that Art would stand on to wave at us through the window. His dad told me that he bought it at the L. Fish Furniture Store in downtown Chicago in 1914. This bed is one of my most treasured items.
My hope is that you as a buyer can find some of your most treasured items at my ETSY shop ATTICPICKIN.

Happy Shopping!
Joanne
