Hi! I studied industrial design at the City college New York City and after that I ran a gallery on 5th Ave. I already knew how expensive manufactured articles are if only because of the many steps involved until the final product. It was then that I decided that one day I would convey the beauty of handmade creations without running up a big bill. Living in Israel gave me that chance; to be close to the design process and still keep it simple stupid.
KISS!

Frida

Frieda was raised in Riga, Latvia where she was a mechanical designer.

“Arriving in Israel, I was encouraged to follow my heart and pursue sculpture, painting and photography.

I participated in many exhibitions and then one day I saw that there was a market for my art objects when I started wearing my own creations. My many unusual ideas were purchased as I was walking around !

When you wear one of my pieces, you will look like the designer you are."

Kathleen

She is in love with Israel and just wants to express that love at every opportunity. For many years she was a literacy professor. Then one day after she retired she decided to come and live in Israel.

“Israel is so beautiful and I love showing others the beauty of Israel in my flowers."

Hurry and get one for someone who loves just like you.

Barbara

“I always wanted to be an artist. When I came to Israel, the local theatre group accepted my skills for what they were and I started there, making things. It is o.k. to work at what you love. Don’t waste years working in jobs you hate. My hats are an affirmation of the failures that became successes."

Do you feel different? Just not in line? Be different in one of her hats.
