I can remember stuffing dolls, painting, drawing and banging on a piano at a very young age. My father taught me a love of wood-working, antiques and a passion for playing guitar. Mom taught me sewing and a great love of the arts. She used to make incredible primitive country dolls when I was little. She sold them all over the world and inspired me to start my own business.
I can remember almost a lifetime ago, they started a business together... B and H Crafts. It was a craft store in the living-room of the house I grew up in. I remember, when I was around four or five years old, a customer browsing amidst glowing dust motes as a golden sunset streamed through the windows. Browsing the art that my parents made together.
