I am currently living back home in New York with my "baby", Pumpkin. "Punky" as I call him, is my 12 year old coffee and cream kitty. I am originally from East Hampton, Connecticut, and grew up between there and Howard Beach, Queens, New York. My grandmother was an artist and teacher in the early 20th century,in Hartford Connecticut. She started my instruction with Marjorie House,a local artist, when I was 7 years old. She sent me to private teachers during my school years. I majored in Art in college and took many private seminars, classes and intruction. I completed a course from Fine Artist Schools in Bridgeport Ct. I toured,professionally,from 1978 till 1991, and won numerous awards, and honors,including Best of Show for the State of Tennessee. That painting was published, and is listed here in my shop. The name is "Lil Bit and the Wedding Ring". Various pieces were privately published in the late eighties, which are on my site…

The Original to another of my prints that is listed here in my studio, was published and is hanging in the home of the,then district representative, from Johnson City,Tn. I have been President of Tennessee Artist Association, member of Johnson City Art council, and Arts Council of Greenville, Tn. Member of National Watercolor. I toured with Professional Juried shows in Washington,D.C. as well as 35 other states. I stopped painting in 1992 due to health issues and a corporate career,but I am very happy to be back in the profession that is such a passionate part of my being.....Currently I have two paintings on the Set of NBC shows, SMASH and IRONSIDE. I am also doing custom commissions.....
