A. T. Wright's Profile

About

When I was young, my left-handed mother tried to teach me how to stick knit right-handed. The result was a lot of knots. Later when my right-handed grandmother tried to teach me, I just got confused; she also tried to teach me how to crochet, but all I was able to crotchet was a single row so I gave up.

The one thing that I could do, however, was use my Mom’s little 4-knob loom and I would make ‘ropes’ and then braid them together to make horse reins and lead lines.

Now that I've 'found' loom knitting again, I love it. Creating things with my own hands that people can enjoy is very gratifying.
