In 2009 I became vegan after reading the book Skinny Bitch. As a vegetarian I had the idea that I had a healthy and animal friendly diet, but that book made me realize that as a vegetarian I was doing half the job.
After years of doubt about what I really want, I found my mission in the vegan cuisine.
I want to show the world how necessary and desirable vegan food is.
I do this with my company Happy Herbi. I offer 100% plant-based catering, dinners, workshops, recipes, tips and diet.
I sell sweets, savory snacks and raw food at markets and events.
In Hoorn (The Netherlands), I run my own living room restaurant
