About

So, my story is a love story, but just like all really good love stories it had its moments of tragedy. My best friend introduced me to my husband while I was waiting at a bar for the boy I thought I wanted to get off a flight and say he couldn't live without me. That boy never showed up, but my husband did. We spent every day of the first 2 weeks we knew each other together, and since then, we've only been apart 2 times longer than a few days, and not a day has passed that we haven't at least spoken on the phone.

We bought a house, 2 puppies, got married and had a baby. This brings us to our tragedy.

Noah was 5 months old when we found out my husband had cancer. I was a postpartum disaster and this certainly didn't help matters. I needed something to do while all of this was going on or I thought I would lose my mind.

My mom, after years of failed attempts to teach me crochet, took my weakened state to attack me again with an onslaught of crochet lessons, but this time, it worked! I was addicted! I had to be addicted to keep my mind motivated and busy and I haven't put down a hook since then.

My husband made a miraculous recovery, our little family moved from the city to the country with all the pets, another perfect son Wyatt was born, and now we're getting our happily ever after.

This is not the end of the story. This, is just the beginning!
