ABOUT MY GLASS:
I use Pebeo 160 glass paint, pens and cloissone paint tubes. This paint is made in France and is non-toxic. I do not think it is food safe, so I never paint on the inside of the glass.
I use a multi-layering technique that adds depth and substance to my designs. When you hold one of my glasses, you can feel the texture of the design.
My signature style includes using blue iridescent glass paint, hence the shop name Blue Morpho Glass. After painting each glass and letting it set for 24 hours, I then bake them at 325 degrees. The baking process is what makes them dish washer safe!

ABOUT ME:
I am a self-taught artist dabbling in everything from glass painting and cake decorating to candlemaking and watercolor painting. I draw inspiration for colors and patterns from Nature. My shop is named Blue Morpho Glass because I adore blue morphos and I add a blue iridescent sheen to everything I paint.

Give me a little shimmer and a little sparkle and I'm good to go.

You can visit my other etsy shop allaprimadesigns.etsy.com to see my sugarcraft work and shop feedback. I also teach a glass painting class once a month at House Wine in Austin where we have some wine and get into our craft zen zone. If you are in Austin, come join us! housewineaustin.com

You can also visit my blog- theborrowedbrushstroke.blogspot.com for crafting ideas, free tutorials and all kinds of inspiration.

I am firm believer in the handmade movement, especially 'Craftivism', by donating my time and my creations to worthy causes.

Custom orders are ALWAYS welcome. In fact, that is one of my very favorite ways to create. :-D

Feel free to convo me with any questions you may have.

Customer satisfaction means the WORLD to me. It brings joy to my heart knowing that my creations are part of my customers' everyday lives, helping them celebrate special occasions, small moments and everything in between.

Thanks for stopping by!
