I like to think of myself as a nonprofit worker by day and a crafting extraordinaire by night. I work full time, but love to crochet while waiting for appointments, talking on the phone, watching TV, or whenever! I learned how to crochet my senior year of high school in a crafts class. For the past thirteen years, I've been working on my skills and am now focusing on hats. I love to try new fancy yarns. I also like adding items onto my hats such as beads, buttons and bolts. I especially like glow in the dark beads. My sister Kim is my inspiration. She has supported me and has helped me come up with new and great ideas. My latest hats are animal characters. I am trying to make a variety and welcome suggestions! I also enjoying making cards with real pressed flowers and leaves.
