{. F . A . Q .}
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

★Q: Do you make the actual items for sale?
♥A: Nope! But we sure do sell some cute patterns! ;)

★Q: Do I need a sewing machine?
♥A: We recommend using a sewing machine as it will keep things secure and take less time. What's not to love about that?! However, you are more than welcome to hand stitch the pieces if you prefer. Just follow the pattern instructions as exactly as possible.

★Q: How big is the finished item?
♥A: We try to make my items as close to life size as possible. Some are a bit bigger and some a tad smaller. You are more than welcome to resize any patterns to whatever size you'd like them to be.

★Q: How difficult are the patterns?
♥A: The patterns are relatively simple. Basic sewing knowledge is needed. The step by step instructions and full color photographs are great helps!

★Q: Which is easier, "this" pattern or "this" pattern?
♥A: Comparing apples to apples. All of our patterns are relatively simple to follow and, in my opinion, land at about the same skill level. That said, everyone is different so while one person may find a particular pattern extremely simple someone new to sewing may find the same pattern a bit more challenging.

★Q: I'm a beginner - what is the easiest pattern to make?
♥A: All our patterns are "friendly" - but if you're really nervous we recommend starting with the doughnuts!

★Q: How much detail work is involved?
♥A: It varies. Detail is important to us - and one reason you'll find our shop to be a cut above the rest. You can get a feel for the detail work involved by simply looking at the pictures of the items in their descriptions.

★Q: How long does it take to make the items?
♥A: Every person sews at different speeds and skill levels. There is no way for me to tell you how long a project will take. Very generally, plan on a good portion of an afternoon to make a smaller set - and ordering pizza for dinner. :)

★Q: How much does it cost to make a set?
♥A: The cost of a set depends on the kind of supplies you purchase - i.e wool felt or acrylic felt. Also, the price of felt varies from area to area.

★Q: Do you offer a discount?
♥A: Yes! Buy 5 patterns in one purchase and get a 6th pattern free. Just let me know which one you'd like in the message to seller box at checkout (do not add the free pattern to your cart).

★Q: What kind of felt do you recommend?
♥A: You may use any kind of felt you'd like to make the items. Recycled/acrylic/craft felt is usually least expensive. We usually steer clear of 100% wool felt as the shrinkage will be dramatic and the felt itself tends to be very thick - making turning difficult. The best felt to get - if you want your items to stand good amounts of love - is wool blend felt.

★Q: Where should I get my felt?
♥A: Most craft stores and fabric stores carry acrylic/recyled/craft felt. Wool felt blend is also available at most fabric stores. You can also try shopping for your felt online. Try googling it or searching for it on Ebay! Remember to keep the thickness of the felt to no more than 1mm if purchasing a wool felt blend.

★Q: When will this pattern be up for sale again?
♥A: We relist patterns as quickly as possible. Just wait a bit and it will be added again soon. The exception to this being that patterns sold on Sunday will not be relisted until Monday.

★Q: I ordered my patterns 15 minutes ago and they're still not in my inbox. Why?
♥A: This is not an automated system. We check our e-mail often but you may have ordered your pattern while we were out grocery shopping, potty training the little ones, making dinner, or taking a much needed nap. :) Patterns are sent within 48 hours of purchase - usually within a few hours.

★Q: May I sell the items I make from the patterns?
♥A: No. Our copyright is for personal use only and does not allow others to sell items made from the patterns. Patterns also may not be shared, redistributed or resold. Please refer to the copyright information in my shop policies section.

★Q: May I sell the items made from your patterns if I sell them someplace other than Etsy?
♥A: No. Our copyright is for personal use only and does not allow others to sell items made from the patterns. Patterns also may not be shared, redistributed or resold. Please refer to the copyright information in my shop policies section.

★Q: May I sell the items made from your patterns if I give credit to your shop in the listing?
♥A: No. Our copyright is for personal use only and does not allow others to sell items made from the patterns. Patterns also may not be shared, redistributed or resold. Please refer to the copyright information in my shop policies section.

★Q: May I resell your patterns at my shop or to my friends?
♥A: No. Only we are authorized to sell our patterns. Because patterns are sent electronically they also may not be given away or forwarded as the "giver" of the pattern still has a copy as well. Each additional copy (printed or forwarded) of the pattern must be paid for.
