I am inspired by nature in all her glorious shape-shifting squawking, wriggling and breathtaking awe-ness. I call myself a radical doll maker who is part of an ancient tradition stretching back thousands of years. In my focus of doll making with a role in magic, intention, honoring and mystery links me to earlier dollmakers - the ones who carved the Women of Willendorf and all those dolls made from bone and skin, wool and feather which never survived.

My work focuses on reclaiming the ancient stories of wise women ways and of women’s mysteries. She offers creative ways to approach our ancestors and offers opportunities for women to share their inspiration and visions fostering ways to root such wisdom into our lives and communities for the good of each other, all webs of life and the planet herself.

I grew up on the banks of the River Clyde, a few miles from Loch Lomond on the West Coast of Scotland moving to Asheville, NC in 2009.
