Claudia is an estate auction, thrift shop, garage sale junkie, always on the look-out for

* funky 1940s embroidery on tablecloths, towels, and pillow cases
* an abundance of colorful doilies - just like the kind our grannies used to make
* cool buttons from the button bins at local Mennonite thrift shops
* vintage fabric trim - much of it homemade
* vintage patterns for knitting, sewing, crochet
* fine damask linen tablecloths and napkins

Kathy is a long time sewer and quilter. She's been a member of the Waterloo County Quilters' Guild since 1993. She's been sewing and crafting as long as she can remember and particularly likes to construct new items from vintage fabric pieces and samples. Look for her latest line of Harris Tweed items - upcycled from mens jackets. Tea cosies, French Press cosies, coasters, Scottie, owl, and cat brooches. And more recently, Harris Tweed pillows, door draft dodgers, and tea cosie kits.
