About

I am a Mum to four amazing children who both fascinate me and teach me alot about life everyday. I am also a trained Montessori teacher in the 3-6 year curriculum with a strong interest in the 0-3 year curriculum, which i am hoping to train in one day in the future. I am also a psychology student with the OU and have a particular interest in child development. Finally, i love to make things, to use my hands. It is an amazing soaker that not only looks very attractive but leaves lots of room and movement for the baby/young child to be able to roll, crawl, and walk unhindered. This is where my passion for both Montessori and knitting meet, as anyone with any knowledge of the Montessori Method knows, freedom of movement and independence in order to help the baby/child develop to the best of his/her abilities is at the top of the list of priorities. The use of cloth nappies will also help babies and young children realise when they are wet so encouraging awareness and potty training earlier, as well as all the health and environmental benefits as well.
