Welcome to my corner!

I am a 25 year-old female person living in the Mexican part of the Rio Grande valley, but having a life in the southmost part of Texas.

Photography is one of my greatest passions; the very first picture I remember taking was when I was about 6 year-old and I "borrowed" my parent's camera (and I mean getting the camera behind their backs). I used a doll as my model and I remember getting excited when my parents finally sent that 110 film to development.

I got my first camera when I was 20 and started taking as many pictures as I could and read as many photo related articles as I could so I learned more about my passion (and getting even more passionate about it). About

A few years later (when I was 23) I finally had the opportunity to get in a photography course which introduced me to the dark side... which means I learned about the world inside a dark room :D and not only did I learn more about photography, but I also learned how to develop my film and how to make my own prints (all of this in black and white). This was also my formal introduction to the monochromatic side as I never really shot thinking black and white before.
I totally fell in love with photography and being involved in the whole process makes me appreciate it even more, so be sure and confident that I have put my heart in every photograph you see here. :)
