I have been involved with and dealt in antiques and collectibles since 1980. Partly due to my family who had been involved in it for over 40 years and partly due to my love of Canadian history and the beautiful antiques and collectibles I have had the pleasure of handling over the years.

I have dealt at a number of antique malls and markets and antiques and nostalgia shows in Ontario, Canada.

I'm a great believer in the Golden Rule "treat others as you would like to be treated" and therefor adhere to this policy when dealing with customers.

Since all of the items I sell are vintage, it is usual for them to have wear due to the "love" they have received over time. The items I acquire come from various sources including but not limited to estate sales, auction sales and private house calls. Due to this I cannot guarantee that there is not an odor of must or smoke or that pets were not involved. Please keep this in mind when making purchases.

I have two other shops, imagesofthepast and jewelryabyss that are idle at the present time and do not plan on listing in them in the near future.

I am associated with the shop owner weaversofspeech. Although we sometimes log on to each others computers at times, our shops are very much individually owned and managed.
