My art fuses familiar found objects with haunting images, creating powerful thought evoking dialogue with the viewer. My more curious objects include small skeletal systems, apothecary articles, anatomical images along with ordinary elements which I unite with painterly techniques. My art becomes a forum to quietly debate religion, politics and interpersonal relationships. These conversations more often take place with and within the viewer alone, leaving me, The Artist, outside their realm of interpretation of my art work. While childhood narratives, faith and politics influence my work, I allow others to create their own impression when viewing the art.
