I have been sewing since the late 1950's and haven't stopped yet! My grandmother taught me to sew on her treadle machine which was handed down to me and is a cherished antique. I have a commercial embroidery machine which I alone operate, and design the pillowcases and hope to add related items at a later date. I do not order ready made solid white pillowcases (from CHINA) and then modify and embroider and call it handmade. Everything is made from "scratch". I do not have cases pre-made and ready to embroider at the last minute. I start each and every order from a white piece of fabric and go from there per your requests. I take my time with every pillowcase, like I was making it for my own family. I want to make you glad you purchased from me when you see the quality of my cases.
