About

Repurposing is not a new trend, but an old way of life. My grandma taught my mom how to sew while growing up on a dairy farm. They made aprons, dresses and even underwear out of grain & flour sacks.

My mom taught me how to sew when I was about five years old. Together we made rope dolls for party favors. I still have mine!

I love all things vintage, especially linens and fabrics. If the piece is damaged, I use what I can to upcylce it and give it new life.

The infamous designer William Morris said, "Have nothing in your house which you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful" I think everything in your house should be both, except for a chatchki or two.
