About

Hello, there!

I'm Wanda, owner/artist/designer of Wanda Maria Designs, formerly known as "Two Crafty Mules".

I've dabbled in making things for as far back as I can remember. You name it, I've probably done it, or at least attempted it.

Several years ago, I began selling my original altered art polymer clay jewelry pins on EBay. At the time, they were the first of their kind, and I was one of the first altered art jewelry artists who ever sold this type of jewelry on EBay. Now, at any given moment, you can see designs similar to my original creations all over the net. Please don't be fooled by other jewelry artists passing off their versions of my work on the web. When you purchase from me, you are purchasing the jewelry from the original designer.

These days, I am seriously addicted to altered art. I use several mediums to make my designs which vary from art jewelry to art quilts and dolls. I also love creating religious altered art jewelry and designs as a testament to my faith.

My designs have been published in several awesome magazines such as Polymer Cafe, Belle Armoire Jewelry, Haute Handbags and Somerset Gallery. I am featured as a guest artist in the books, "Art Circus" by Lisa Kettell, "Found Art Jewelry" by Heather Skowood and "1000 Steampunk Creations" by Barbe St. John. I received the award of "Eco-Chic Jewelry Artist" by Prilosec OTC this past summer, which was a wonderful honor.

I have been selling on EBay as Powerseller "Craftymule" for the past few years and it seems that I have found my niche in designing and selling unusual jewelry items. My jewelry is sold in boutiques, galleries and museums all over the world.

I am happy to take custom orders - I do so all of the time. Please don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions or if you would like to request a custom order.

Happy shopping!!!
