Carol Timm's Profile

About

I began crafting as a young child with the encouragement of my grandmother, she would have some craft project for me each time I went to visit. As I grew I found that I could often look at a picture of a handcrafted item and workout how it was made and how I could change the item to make it my own. I learned to knit when I was 5, sewing when I was 8, tat when I was 12 later on came crochet, embroidery in many forms, beading, metal work, as a adult I was challenged to try oil painting and fabric painting and dying.
Living in beautiful North Idaho and a love of the natural world is displayed in most of my work.
