I'm the proprietor of Green Girl Studios, a company producing fine pewter, silver, bronze and shibuichi jewelry components. Green Girl Studios began early in my career as an artist, as a way to create 'miniature sculpture' and provide an escape from the rigors of a freelance illustrators life. The company slowly grew to include various members of my family, including my my husband Greg, who is in charge of a good portion of it (including casting, trade shows, communication.....etc.). Our little company has grown to support us and I am pleased to say I am no longer an artist for hire.
I am the author of the useful book Enchanted Adornments: Creating Jewelry with Metal Clay, Resin, Wire and More, published by Interweave Press. Find it at Barnes and Noble or your local library if you are interested in mixed media jewelry.
