About

Clay has been a passion for me since my mud pie days. Currently I have home studios in Florida and Canada. My work is divided by temperature range and style. My black and white earthenware (low fire) sports whimsical canine and feline motifs. These pieces are functional and lead free. My high fire stoneware work is evolving. My work lends itself more toward function with casseroles, mugs, bowls, plates and canisters. I currently teach art at an elementary school in Florida. I also dabble in photography and bead work. In my spare time, I enjoy my great pyrenees and 3 cats. Have a new rescue in the family. His name is Avalon. He is a 7 month old pyr at 96.5 pounds from Missouri.
