I am now offering a flat rate shipping of $4.00 worldwide. (except tiaras they will be slightly more because of the size).

RETURNS POLICY:
In the unfortunate event that any item is received faulty it will be replaced at no extra cost. If no exact replacement is available a alternative at equal or higher value will be offered. If this replacement is not acceptable then a full refund will be give.

All Items are described as best as possible. If any item is received and not as expected a partial refund may be negotiated. This will not include the original postage.

If items are purchased incorrectly by the buyer I will try my best to help but generally I wont give a refund but may negotiate an exchange for another item. No postage will be given unless the mistake was my fault.

As a general rule I will try to help as best as I can if there are any problems.
