Sales by day - Creator by night. My passion is painting, in hopes to one day do this full time. This came about as a way of releasing stress from the day job....and honestly as most of us do what we do a means of extra income.

Originally from Iowa - born and raised. Married right out of college - have three beautiful adult children now all on their way to their own lives I was faced with a divorce in 2013. Starting over as a stay home mom/graphic design freelancer. I had to go back full time but honestly it was hard in your forties trying to find work in the graphic industry. Therefore I did find work in sales.

But my passion is painting and creating projects. 2013 I was the founder of Harrisburg ARTwalk that enabled me to get through the divorce. Now that is on its way to success I have stepped down and paint every moment I have.
I love this new style i like to call FarmDeco. I paint the canvas black first and then my details using the black as my means of outlining, shadowing and contrast.
