It only took one jewelry-making course and I was hooked. After taking more, I kept wanting to experiment and play and learn more techniques. I love the creative moment of designing a piece, the zen-like moment of assembling it (punctuated with the occasional curse), and the total satisfaction of the finished result. Especially when I'm experimenting with a new technique and finally nail it!

I enjoy playing with color, shape, light, and texture, and while I don't mind making duplicates and variations on a theme (and sometimes it's a just what the doctor ordered zen exercise) I often feel driven to try something new. Since I'm not an old-timer at this craft, I'm also still learning and refining what will become my style. So expect a lot of variety in my shop.
