When I was 15, I used to make chocolate truffles in my mother's kitchen at night, wrap them in foil sleeves and sell them at school. Apparently, that's not allowed. I got in a lot of trouble for that.
I always knew confections would be in my future. I have a soft, squishy spot in my heart (and on my thighs, and my belly...) for sugar design. I love creating things that not only look beautiful and delicate, but taste amazing, too. And best of all--ALL our shop's products are made without animal products, so they are friendly to a wide variety of diets--not only your traditional taste, but vegans, egg/dairy allergy sufferers, and kosher diets alike.
