Dianne Culbertson-Jacques' Profile
Fiberwear and Jewelry Designer
Dianne began her career in the arts while living in Hawaii in 1985. She began with Sumi-e, also known as Chinese Brushstroke under the direction of Claudia Suen. Her Sumi-e paintings are held in private collections in several countries. She taught Sumi and Gyotaku in Hawaii and Oregon in the public school system, in galleries and as a volunteer in teen shelters. She went on to study pastels, and pen and ink before finding a true affection for designing and creating beautiful Hats, Scarves and Bags from a variety of delicious fibers.
