About

I am a life long Alaskan. I have a husband and two adult children. I work full time and enjoy making treasures is my spare time. I also like reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

FYI:
I have recently been questioned about my felted items. I use both wet and needle felting techniques, largely needle felting. The item description will tell you which was used in each case. They are made with wool roving, wool before it becomes yarn(somewhat like long cotton ball). Needle felting is when a barbed needle is repeatedly poked into the wool, sculpting it into my desired form. Wet felting is when the wool is formed by hand with hot water and soap. Both processes are time consuming and each item takes a bit of me with it in the way of the tender loving care poured into each creation.
