Nancy Saladin's Profile

About

I am a retired grandma loving to do woodwork and painting. When I see something that reminds me of my children and what they used to do and say I make it. I hope everyone that sees the items that I make enjoys them. I grew up in New York always looking for something that I could do with my hands. I started knitting and sewing. When I got married and had children I made them their clothes to save money. I was always interested in woodworking and so is my husband. When we moved to Coeur dAlene in 1996 I got interested in painting on wood. Then I started making my own wood signs. Then I graduated into intarsia. I like the way the wood comes alive after it has been shaped and finished. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
