About

Hello, I have had fun selling on Etsy, however, it seems I need to move on. I will be selling my handmade items in a local market.
However, if you have purchased from me in the past and would like to order again please send a message and we can see if I can help you.
Thanks to the people who have purchased from me in the past and also to those I have been able to meet through etsy.
I will still promote your items as I look through the shops.
Merry Christmas
Happy Holidays
Good luck to all.

I have been sewing since I was small. I learned on my Grandmother's treadle machine, a Singer.
When old enough, I joined 4-H for nine years. When my babies were born I made their footie PJ's and I was lucky to have one boy and one girl. I made…

I have been sewing since I was small. I learned on my Grandmother's treadle machine, a Singer.
When old enough, I joined 4-H for nine years. When my babies were born I made their footie PJ's and I was lucky to have one boy and one girl. I made my daughter's dresses throughout the years, boys clothes, well....
I started beading about 10 years ago out of a need. I received a necklace that needed to be repaired. From there it just grew because it was something fun to do.
I would make things for myself, family and friends.
I had wanted to learn to knit for about 26 plus years. I signed up for classes but there was not enough interest so the class was canceled. My church started a Prayer Shawl Ministry so I was able to learn to knit there. As they say the rest is history. I love it.
I learned to do stained glass about 16 years ago, that too, is a very fascinating thing to do. My daughter is an artist so she has taught me how to make copper embossed leaves and a few other things.
We should never stop learning new things with new mediums. Try to grow a little all the time. When you stop, you stop.
Thanks for stopping by and looking. Convo me if you have any comments or questions. Meeting new people is also something very special.

August 2013 I have just learned to water felt, I learned to needle felt a few years back.
I made a purse for myself next for my daughter, and then I should feel comfortable to make one for you.
