Details of how Wuffie came to our world are unknown. Some historians cast her as the secret fruit of an undocumented union between actor Vincent Price and a young Princess Diana; others merely point knowingy to a mass of fractured clocks of futuristic design found in a field near her "birthplace" and smile knowingly.

Whatever the truth, it is clear from an early age that she possessed a preturnatural tendancy towards apophenia and an uncanny gift for steganography.

The combination was noticed by certain shadowy authorities and at the age of five she was inducted into a secret government training program, details of which are yet to be declassified.

The next records of Wuffie's life surface in the mid 90s when she was discovered naked in the wilds of the Queensland rainforest, apparently having lived off nuts and berries for some two years. She resisted initial attempts to return her civilisation and claimed to be communicating with what she called the "secret fairies". Although she has spoken of these possibly mythical creatures on many subsequent occasions she has never been specific as to their form or intentions, other than that they "fall between" and "go to the white place".

In early 2000 she agreed to do a live interview regarding her rainforest experiences; however, following an admittance to hospital for unspecified causes the day before the scheduled event, she changed her mind and refused all subsequent conduct on the topic. The experience apparently left her hair permanently bleached an unsettling shade of pink.

Today she lives in a small bungalow on Australia's western coast, hand-creating a range of ominous and complex jewellery and geek art.

She sees visitors rarely, and on most days spends hours staring west, clearly terrified by something only she can see, and humming an old Celtic lullaby while her fingers continue to work and build her mysterious creations.
