About

As a previous Magazine Art Director I found myself not loving creativity anymore. I wanted to put all my creative passion into my crafting art. So now I'm a regulatory technician (yep it's about as boring as it sounds).
BUT, now I can put all my innovative, unique and fun ideas into my "other job". Stitching is my first love, but I have so many that come after it these days it's hard to keep track. A very close second is Kumihimo bracelets, you will find many different kinds of Kumihimo jewelry in my store.

Much of my jewelry is metal-free as I have a severe metal allergy that limits what jewelry I can wear. That is why I love the fiber art Kumihimo creates, especially because I can use different fibers and organic cotton.

It's an ancient braiding art from Japan. Used to make Samurai armor. That's how strong and durable it is. No ordinary friendship bracelets here!

I have been creating handmade stitched items since I was a child and have won ribbons at various competitions in my area, including at the Calgary Stampede. I adore the opportunity to put something unique and beautiful into the hands of someone who will love it.

Custom pieces are encouraged. Just send me a message and we can work out what you're looking for. Whether it's a custom piece of stitching, a specific color of bracelet or your own vision that you'd like to see as jewelry or stitched art I'd love to help create that unique one of a kind piece that you've always imagined in your head.
