My passion for jewelry began when I was a child, sitting on my grandmothers lap, playing with her very tall stack of textured, and faceted 24 karst gold bracelets. She had quite an armful, so I used to play with them, separating them in 2s and 3s, and singles, memorized by the light hitting each facet as I moved them up
and down her forearm.

The handwriting, artwork and photo reproduction jewelry was born from the love and warmth I was fortunate to be given by my grandparents and family.
The first pieces in the Abris collection were made using my deceased family members' handwriting, and, photos-creating a way for them to be with me always..
