About

Hi, Welcome to my shop. I’m Cindie the fiber artist behind eweniquely ewe fiber creations. Enjoy browsing my one of a kind creations in fiber and beads. If you choose one of my items I hope you enjoy using it as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it.

If you're interested in spinning, felting or surface design fibers please visit my other shop - http://eweniquelyewefibers.etsy.com. Here I showcase Ashland Bay Trading Co fibers along with my hand-dyed roving and fibers.

I have a background/education in art but didn’t find my true calling until I discovered weaving in 1986, I have never looked back. I work in a studio overlooking Mt Sexton and our 5 wooded acres in Southern Oregon – such inspiration for my art. I share my home with my husband Sam and our golden retriever Bailey.

My main love is weaving – it’s my passion and obsession. But, I also spin, knit, dye, needlefelt, bead, sew, and teach in addition to the many other crafts I’ve explored over the years. One of my latest adventures has been in beading which started when I decided some of my handwoven scarves needed beaded trims. Oh, so much to do, so few hours in a day!

I’m active in my local weaving guild and a spinning group. I demonstrate regularly as a means to promote the fiber arts with the hopes others will love the art/craft as much as I do. I’ve exhibited and taught locally. I do the occasional craft fair and sell in local shops.

At this time I don’t take on custom orders.

I am a member of the following Etsy teams: Etsy Weave Team, Etsy Weavers, Esty Fiber Arts Street Team, Handweavers of Etsy Team, Rogue Valley, Oregon Team and Recycle Party.

Thank you for visiting, come back often to see what’s new, I’ll be adding to my shop on a regular basis. If you’d like to see what I’m currently up to stop by and visit my blog at http://eweniquelyewe.blogspot.com On Ravelry and Weaveolution my username is eweniquelyewe.
