SHIPPING

All items are carefully packaged to insure their safety upon arrival. Items are shipped using United States Postal Service. Most items will take a week or so to arrive within the continental United States. If, for some reason you have not received your item in the mail or it is damaged, PLEASE CONTACT me at felicesereno [!at] cox.net. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. PLEASE DO NOT leave negative feedback without contacting me first.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have any problem with an item, please contact me and I will do my best to sort out the matter.
Remember, my items are genuine vintage and pre-owned therefore they may have slight signs of their age!! If an item has a drastic imperfection, it will be stated in the description. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email me at felicesereno [!at] cox.net within one week of receiving your item and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Most of my items are one of a kind, so unless there is gross mis-representation refunds are at the discretion of the seller

If an item was damaged during shipping I will need to file a claim. You will have to co-operate by sending me pictures or anything else the insurance company requires. Failure to comply may result in no refund being given.
