I am a fiber/ textile artist for many years, since college, and am always seeking new avenues in this media. I spin and needle felt, dye my own wool and yarns that I spin. I have been sewing since high school and have been making head coverings for religious women for about 7 years and am now selling them to a broader audience here on Etsy.

I am absolutely in love with Art Nouveau (especially the art of Alphonse Mucha) since I can remember. I adore country florals... Little House on the Prairie, 70's, Romantic Hippie, Old Quilts, Goth Romantic, Renaissance, Country Prints, Victorian, Celtic, Indian Fabrics, Old-Timey Vintage, etc. This is where I get my inspiration.

It's my hope that women of all types will wear my snoods and feel great when they do. I take great pride in the quality of fabrics I use and workmanship that goes into them…

My original vision was a modest head covering, however I see these as a great accessory to any wardrobe or period costume as well.
