How do I Pay?-
We prefer the use of Paypal for payment via your Credit Card or Paypal Account. Failure to pay within 3 days of the transaction will result in a cancelled sale.

What about shipping?-
I ship via USPS within the USA and Airmail internationally. For items shipped within the USA I buy delivery confirmation. I usually do not insure packages, but will do so if you wish, please convo me and I will send you a revised invoice.

When will you get your purchase?-
I will ship your order within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving payment via Paypal or Credit Card. Payment by money order will delay shipping until receipt and clearance of money order. Buyers are responsible for any duties or customs charges.

Purchases of PDF patterns will be emailed to the email address listed in your receipt within 24 hours of payment. If you would like it to be sent to a different email address just include that in a message to me within the sale.

Can I send it back?-
I'm sorry but we cannot accept returns unless the items you receive are not as ordered, or are damaged. If the worst should occur, please contact me as soon as possible and you will be provided with a return address. Once we have received the returned item we will either re-send a replacement item (whenever possible, in the case of one of a kind items we can convo about options) or issue a paypal refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs).
