About

hi all, my name is scout and i started flying bird botanicals about 7 years ago with a love for plants and being outside in the garden and in the woods. we work closely with local farmers who grow many of the herbs used in our original herbal tea blends. when i can't find something locally, i work hard to source from quality small farmers and businesses and fair traders. we have our own large market garden as well where we harvest herbs for our creations and spend time watching the plants grow. we sell locally in some great little shops in town and also across the country. our teas can be sipped and enjoyed in some awesome restaurants and coffee houses too (see list on my shop announcement).
i have been working with herbs and healing for about 12 years now and draw on my college education and apprenticeships. i am always (and love) learning. i love working with plants and mamas and attending births in the spirit of returning birth…
