I've always made things with my hands...

as a girl my grandma taught me how to knit. I remember watching cartoons, knitting & pulling, knitting & pulling. I never made anything... it just felt good to do...

I got back on the needles in my late 20's...

And one day I will make something other than a scarf...

in college I picked up beading. I think I have more of an addiction to buying beads than anything else. I am a sucker for anything that sparkles.

Soooooo much love goes into each of my pieces. Like you, most are one of a kind and each item I make I really connect with. If you find something that speaks to you and want to know more about the piece, dont be shy... JUST ASK! I can tell you where and when I made it, where I got the parts from and how long it took me to make. I can probably even tell you what TV show was on in the background when I made it!

(the good money is on an old episode of 90210 cuz that's how I roll)

I started frommyhandstoyours in the hopes that these lil dreamers I make would be able to find an audience, to tell a story, and would eventually be able to have a life all their own. I appreciate you taking the time to check out my stuff and I really hope I have the opportunity to connect with you sometime soon...
