I love to cook! I am a stay at home mom at the great age of 50! We raised two amazing daughters then decided to start over with adoption. We now have three wonderful, bi-racial children ages 8,6, and 5. We were blessed to get each one of them when they infants. They love to get in the kitchen with me and help me with chopping, measuring, stirring and, of course, taste testing everything. Food seems to bring our family together. It is always an event here. My homemade salsa is always the center of activity when I make it. Everyone loves it and I always make double batches so it can be taken home. We live in a tiny commuinity in rural north Georgia. I think we now have three red lights. Our community is one of those Mayberry places were everyone is realted and knows each other.
