Hi. My name is Mike and I am a geologist hence the online handle. My father gave me the shutterbug (and fishing bug) at an early age. I have fished in many different locals and my experience ranges from big game saltwater gear to ultra light tackle in small mountain streams, but I like catching fish on my own flies the best. I also putter around with woodworking and other types of handy crafts and I have been collecting antique fishing tackle for over twenty-five years. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
(The profile picture shows a nice selection of antique lures in the perch scale color pattern).
