About

I learned how to crochet from my grandmother when I was around 10 yrs. old. I lost interest in crocheting for a while but picked it up again when I had my children. Lost interest again until 2010. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998 and disabled from my career in 2003. I found my first crochet hook in a box and decided to see if my hands would work well enough for me to make some gifts. Well I have good days and bad days with this but, when I have good days I take advantage of it. I have also taught my daughter to knit, crochet, weaving and now, rug punching. Looks like she has inherited the crafting gene. This has been a great mother/daughter project and bonding time for us and I know my grandmother is with me everytime I pick up my hook :)
