Born from a desire to dress up and a love of all things beautifully styled and feminine, Gilda & Pearl was launched in 2008 by Diane Houston.
Gilda & Pearl partly takes it's name from the 1940s film 'Gilda', where Rita Hayworth's couture, luxury wardrobe helped her to become known as the ultimate femme fatale.
Names including “How to Marry A Millionaire” and “Frankly My Dear” nod to our vintage styling, whilst seductive details- like satin ribbons and silk chiffon ruffles- and lashings of luxury.
Gilda & Pearl always sources the most luxurious materials - like soft natural silk satins and traditional Nottingham & French lace - to create lingerie to love.
