There are plenty of old goods out there for all of us. Buying vintage is a great way to give these items a second life and decrease your reliance on mass produced gear and big box stores. It’s also a great way to render your wardrobe, your home and your life more eco-friendly. In an effort to create an even more eco-friendly shop, we attempt to decrease the impact our business has on the environment by using recycled or discarded packing materials wherever possible.

VINTAGE NATURE

The vintage nature of our products means that they may show signs of normal wear. We select only items that we feel are worthy, and pieces we ourselves would like to own. We inspect items carefully for flaws and try to give as much information about our products in their descriptions as possible. We choose only items for our shop that are still wearable and/or functional. That being said, sometimes things escape our attention. That is the nature of dealing in vintage goods and we are only human, after all. In some cases items may be tailored, repaired, or altered by us.

We use a system to rate the condition of all the products in our shop:

Excellent – Like New: This item appears to have never been used, and no signs of wear or use are apparent. In some cases, original tags are still intact.

Excellent: This item shows very little or no signs of wear. There are no major defects.

Very Good: This item shows more signs of wear. There are no major defects, but may have small spots or dings.

Good: This item shows many signs of wear, and may have larger spots or dings.

PAYMENTS & RESERVE

Though same day payment is appreciated, payments must be made within 3 business days of purchase being made. If you are having trouble making a payment within that time, please convo us to work something out. If you would prefer to make a payment via money order or check let us know in the message to seller, and wait for a confirmation before sending your payment. After 3 business days, if we have not received payment and no communication the item will be re-listed in the shop, and unfortunately negative feedback will be rendered.

If you see something you like, but need to wait to purchase it for any reason we are happy to put specific items on reserve. Simply convo us with the item you would like and a time frame for your purchase. We reserve for up to 5 business days at a time. After that time, if no further communication is received we’ll take the item off reserve.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

Our orders ship within 2 business days (or sooner) of payment being received – for e-checks and checks we do not ship until the payment has cleared which can take up to 5 days. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has shipped with the tracking number and details of the order.

Our items ship from two different locations (Utah and Hawaii). For this reason you may receive more than one package if you order more than one item. In these cases, you will receive two confirmation emails when your items have shipped from each location. Despite this fact, we offer discounted shipping rates for purchasing two or more items at once. If you are curious about a particular item, convo before purchasing, and we can tell you where it will be coming from.

We take care to package all our items with safety in mind, but sometimes loss or damage can occur. For an additional fee you can purchase insurance for your package – convo us before making payment for a revised invoice if you would like to do so. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Packages are shipped via USPS International First-Class Mail. Packages should arrive within 1-2 weeks (varies by location). This method, though economical, does not include tracking or insurance. We retain a receipt as proof of mailing, but cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or late. For a fee, you can upgrade to Priority Mail which includes tracking and limited insurance. Convo us for further details if you are interested in this option.

You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has shipped.

RETURNS

Due to the second-hand nature of our products all sales are final. We attempt to give as much detailed information about size, fit, and condition in our product descriptions as possible. If you have additional questions about a particular item, please convo us before purchasing so that we can help you with your queries. We respond quickly. We cannot refund for items that don’t fit, so please read the product descriptions carefully. Refunds on the purchase price will only be made if a product has been grossly misrepresented.

We want your experience with us to be an enjoyable one, and love to have repeat business. If you are unhappy with your order please convo us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will gladly do what we can to make you happy.
