A little bit about me...

An art teacher once told me that creative people are messy and unorganized. That's me! I'm so busy making all of those creative ideas come to life that I forget to clean up my work space.

I live in a 95 year old house with a big front porch where my family and golden retriever love to sit (not in the winter) and eat meals together and chat with neighbors strolling by. I love old things and I'm a girly girl.

I have always been creative. In middle school and high school I was a dancer with Michigan Ballet Theatre. I went to college with a dance scholarship where I choreographed and danced in many performances. I like to think that my childhood experience negotiating bead trades helped to prepare me for my college major in Business Administration. I met my husband Jeremey…

I met my husband Jeremey shortly before the end of my senior year. We married two years later. It has been 18 years of happily-ever-after. Even when times are tough my man is the best!

My successful ten year business career ended with the birth of my daughter Grace. Not that I had tons of time with a newborn but I had a bit more time for my repressed creative side. I started painting, knitting, sewing, and I rediscovered my love of beads just before my son Christian was born. God gave me this gift of creativity and inspires me to look at things in a different light. So, Grace Creations was born.

I have this passion for finding people to help as I go about my daily life. It is such a thrill to help someone like when I assisted a woman with pushing her broken down car out of the road the other day. I love it when God puts me in the right place at the right time and I get to do something for Him.

Big hugs,
Christina
