Hey! I'm Jazz and I'm a country girl who was accidently born and raised in bustling Anaheim, CA. I love doing everything completely from scratch and traditional country woman's arts: making cheese, hand sewing and embroidery, open-fire and wood-stove cooking, growing veggies, farm animals, and I used to live in Guatemala, where I made my own coffee (everything from drying the fruit to grinding the nuts and roasting the beans on a woodfire stove). I sew an awful lot, mostly with used jersey fabric, and love to cook and barbecue and travel! For now, me and the Mister work as part time as we can get by on and try to live simply so we can dedicate ourselves to our Bible education volunteer work. Our house is teeny tiny and we grow an unbelievable amount of vegetables in our inner city concrete patio, with police helicopters overhead and the riverlike din of the freeway in the background. Someday we'll have our own tree house home…
