About

Smiths have always found a way to make functional things that are durable and pretty. There is something about that that has appealed to me since the first day I picked up a hammer. I have had the privilege of working with different smiths over the years and I try to incorporate bits of what I have learned from them in all that I do. When I began making my own designs I wanted to find a way to continue the tradition of metal workers that came before me, but add a little something of my own. Making work that is eco-friendly has been my goal. I work with stainless steel and bamboo plywood. They require no paints of chemicals, and won’t tarnish later on. They will last as long as you want them, but the metal could easily be put into the recycle bin if you no longer wanted it. I love to wake up and swing a hammer so if you have anything want that you don’t see in my store let me know.
