Hello Binturong's Profile

About

Growing up in a small town with a social circle that consisted mainly of cats and cousins gave me the power to use my imagination to its fullest.

I was also very fortunate to have a seamstress for a mother. She provided me with my own arsenal of fabric scraps, scissors, glitter, adhesives, yarns, beads, and other assorted crafty goodies, so I wouldn't have to steal things from her personal stash ;)

I picked up knitting in early 2005, crocheting in summer of 2008, and haven't been able to put down either one ever since.

I've ALWAYS dreamed of being able to sell my creations all over the world. Thanks to the love of my life, it's happening.

I've ALWAYS dreamed of being able to sell my creations all over the world. Thanks to the love of my life, it's happening.

This man provided me with all the encouragement and support I needed to really get this thing rolling. This man showed me love, compassion, interest in who I am and what I'm making. This man took me into his home and gave me my own craft room.

I put 113% into all my work, and then some. And then maybe a little more after that. Every table in this house is filled with projects and idea notebooks. No strand of yarn goes unused, even the strands that aren't enough to do anything more than a little chain. I keep a jar full of these little chains for good luck. I design every pattern myself, set a daily quota for what I want to get done, and do not rest until that quota is met.

I eat, breathe, and sleep creation.
