Rocky Bottom Farm's Profile

About

With retirement in mind, Mark and Michelle Morrison created Rocky Bottom Farm in 2012 raising beef cattle for personal use. Seeing the growing demand for goat products and with a mind for diversity, the first two meat goats made their way to the farm on Mother’s Day 2013. Realizing the joys of raising goats, the operation quickly expanded to over 20 meat goats. In January 2014, Mark retired after almost 30 years working as a firefighter to farm full time. After much consideration, the decision was made to introduce dairy goats to the heard to provide home goats milk products to the community. Our goal is to provide a high quality, all natural, locally produced products to the community. The goats are milked daily, using their milk to make our hand made products, including soap, lotion, and candles. Rocky Bottom Farm is located in Shepherdstown West Virginia.
