About

My inspiration often comes from vintage pieces, which are my favorite materials to work with because of their quality and history. I collect all things interesting and unique, and I have so much fun putting that eclectic aesthetic to good use designing jewelry.

I've been making jewelry for almost 15 years, and I absolutely love creating. I'm designing new pieces all the time, and while I'm not doing that, I'm dreaming about new things I want to make. Also, for as long as I can remember, I've been a vintage junkie. I can't get enough vintage clothing, jewelry, shoes, handbags... and I think I've got a pretty good eye for spotting interesting pieces. I have such a passion for finding that perfect piece and then finding out as much as I can about the history of it.

There are so many great reasons to buy vintage and antique pieces rather than new: they're well-made and will last, they are often more interesting/beautiful/unusual, they have a history and a story to them, they are more unique and rare, even one-of-a-kind, plus repurposing and giving old items a new life is a fun and wonderful way to be green.

I also have a second shop here on Etsy, for my amazing vintage finds. I've got collectibles, oddities, books, decor, art, and all kinds of wonderful vintage pieces for your life and home.
Please visit that shop here: www.etsy.com/shop/imaginaryhomevintage
